Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is defective
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
